What type of products does LHS Technologies create?

We specialize in designing and fabricating custom equipment & control panels for industrial clients. Our experience includes projects in food, paper pulp, recycling, biomass oil recovery, and many more.

What fabrication capabilities does LHS Technologies have?

LHS has the capabilities to work with 304 & 316 stainless steels, carbon steels, as well as difficult metals such as Hastelloy and 3CR12. Our welders work with thin gauge plate & thin wall tubing, in addition to structural material for frames & high torque applications. Furthermore, we are able to provide a variety of machining with a tight tolerance (0.001'') for shafts and long screws, up to 20-ft.

What type of electrical systems does LHS Technologies specialize in?

We have over 10 years of experience in dealing with 3-phase voltage. Many of our systems are designed to run on 480VAC 3-phase, 230VAC 3-phase, or any other 3-phase voltage below 600VAC. We also have experience with power systems and have control panels in South Africa, Mexico, The Philippines, Columbia & Canada.

In house development for all PLC programming, HMI layouts, power distributions, electrical components selection, data collection and more. In equipment fabrication we specialize in stainless steel.

Do you need to order an electrical panel to engage us in controls work?

No. LHS provides 'grass roots' control panels, so we supply services at each step along the way. These include determining wiring diagrams, drafting wiring diagrams, sensor selection, enclosure selection, and backplate layout design & drafting. We also specialize on the digital side of controls, which include PLC selection. PLC programming (platforms include all major brands), HMI design, various controller communications, and can provide cyber security for your control network.
