D-Limonene is a naturally occurring terpene and solvent primarily extracted from the peels of citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, and limes. It is the compound responsible for the characteristic citrus aroma and Yes, We use small amounts of D-Limonene in the extraction process.

D-Limonene is considered as a combustible liquid interactions with certain plastic material can cause Swelling, Softening, Cracking over time, and Loss of mechanical strength and even rapid dissolution of the plastic material.

We focus on Ethical Manufacturing process, We do experiments based on compatibility before using a material to ensure it is safe for customers.

For equipment that contact with D-Limonene, We Use stainless steel (304 or 316) for process-contact surfaces. And PTFE, PFA, or other chemically compatible materials for seals and gaskets. We believe in ethical Transparency and the customers will be informed accordingly.

We ensure safety by providing, Closed mixing tanks and vessels, Sealed pumps and piping, Hard-piped solvent transfer systems, Enclosed filtration systems, Vapor-tight manways and access ports, For motors, we provide Explosion-proof motors, XP-rated instrumentation, Intrinsically safe sensors and Bonding and grounding of tanks and transfer lines. We inform the customers and install stickers of   personal protective equipment to ensure the safety of operators using our equipment.

An XP-rated environment typically refers to an Explosion-Proof (XP) or Hazardous Location area where flammable gases, vapors, dusts, or fibers may be present and could ignite if exposed to sparks, arcs, or hot surfaces from electrical equipment.

Explosion-proof equipment is designed so that If an internal explosion occurs inside the enclosure, it will be contained. Hot gases escaping from the enclosure will be cooled enough that they cannot ignite the surrounding atmosphere. External flammable vapors or dust will not be ignited by the equipment.
